As Zonar’s second UX Researcher, I support research operations across the company. I improve product development through mixed methods research and design workshops.

II. WONDROS

Joining Wondros, I worked as a UX Researcher and Design Strategist; the majority of projects sought to improve public health outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

III. AMERICAN EXPRESS

Working as a Jr. UX Researcher, I supported American Express’ internal product research projects. This image is a placeholder of the website, with my work under NDA.

IV. GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Hired by General Assembly as a UX Instructional Associate, I used design thinking to develop new methods of sourcing corporate partners for student final projects.

V. BAOBAB CLOTHING

Guiding Baobab Clothing as a UX Design strategist, I co-created their first website prototype, which highlighted the company’s brand identity and signature product.

VI. DRIVER TECHNOLOGIES

Joining Driver as a User Researcher, I used qualitative and quantitative analysis to empathize with ride-sharing drivers and improve the app’s utility and design.

VII. MOVIEPAL

Co-creating MoviePal as a passion project, this mobile-hybrid product concept solves the more common problems that groups face when planning a movie outing together.

VIII. MOODCAST

Serving as my first UX and Frontend Development project, Moodcast is a web player that helps podcast listeners find new content based on their emotions.
